TenantMail.com is not liable for data entry errors made by the end user. It is the end user's responsibility to ensure all data entered at TenantMail.com is correct and accurate. In the event there is a data formatting or mailing error for which TenantMail.com is responsible, the end user will receive a credit to their TenantMail.com account equivalent to the replacement of that error.
TenantMail.com will allow credits to be transferred from one end user account to another end user account, but is unable to refund any credits.
TenantMail.com has a 'no refund' policy. No refunds will be provided for any unused credits. No refunds will be provided if a property is sold. No refunds will be provided if a tenant skips out, is evicted, or fails to pay rent. No refunds will be provided due to the delivery delay of any mail. TenantMail.com is unable to provide a refund for any of the above reasons.
TenantMail.com reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at its discretion, or against any customer it believes is abusing this policy. Any such revision or change will be binding and effective immediately after posting of the revised Refund Policy on TenantMail.com. You agree to periodically review our Refund Policy, including the current version of our Refund Policy. Our Refund Policy is made available at www.TenantMail.com/refund.php. It is your obligation to review our refund policy for any such revisions.
